Meet Dr. Chaffin

Dr. James Chaffin was born in San Antonio, Texas and grew up traveling around the world with his family as his father was a physician in the military.

He attended a private high school in Michigan and graduated within three years. He attended Universities in California and Tennessee for his undergraduate training, majoring in biology with a double major in chemistry. Dr. Chaffin was accepted early into dental school at the prestigious Loma Linda University, School of Dentistry in Southern California where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree. He completed the curriculum a year early at the top of his class clinically and received extensive training in Advanced Prosthodontics before graduating.

In 2004, he moved to the lovely state of Arizona where he joined a dental practice with Dr. Greg Brown, Cosmetic & Restorative Dentistry located in Phoenix. He is currently attending the world renowned Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dentistry, receiving extensive educational training in various aspects of cosmetic dentistry. He spends most of his time with his family and his two dogs, Nick and Spud. Dr. Chaffin loves what he does and prides himself on providing ideal dentistry and enhancing people's lives.
